You can contact us via our online form that can be found on our website www.ddc-lj.si. Please use our online contact form to make an inquiry or schedule an appointment. You can also contact us directly via e-mail or regular mail.
When filling out our online request form for inquiries, comments and questions, you are requested to fill in the following mandatory fields: “name and surname”, “email” and “message”. You are also requested to explicitly confirm your awareness of the fact that by sending your inquiry, comments or questions via the contact form and by entering your data, you also give your consent to the processing and collection of your personal data for the purpose of keeping records and providing proper and effective communication.
